We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. All shipments originate from Pakistan. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to avoid delays or lost packages.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Senora Store offers standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping costs twenty-nine US dollars and is delivered within fourteen to twenty-eight days, including handling time. Expedited shipping costs thirty-nine US dollars and is delivered within five to seven business days, including handling time.

Customs and Duties

All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Typical customs clearance takes one to three days. Senora Store provides the necessary documentation for customs, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or carriers.

Handling Time

Orders are processed promptly after they are received. Handling time is included in the estimated delivery times and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or other operational factors.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, Senora Store provides tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status. Tracking updates may take one to two days to appear after shipment.
